The Docklands development is 10 years old, but the jury is still out over the waterside makeover.
 
Some Melburnians hail it as a great success story, while others curse it as a windswept no-man's land.
 
Lord Mayor Robert Doyle will today launch the "second decade" of the suburb and he wants the public verdict on the first 10 years - and ideas to take it to 2020.
 
Docklands is now home to 6000 residents, 19,000 workers and $7 billion worth of infrastructure - but the postcode 3008 still divides the city.
